Otra Mas Horses: 

The Otra Mas horses are horses that have been retired for a variety of reasons. They are transitioned from riding status to non-riding therapy partners in our Equine Therapy and Wellness programs. We give them a new purpose in life. A chance that they may not be given otherwise. 

Being a member of the Otra Mas herd gives these horses much-needed daily interaction with humans and other horses. We’ve found that the horses at Otra Mas flourish because they are given a new job that they love.
